Remazol Dye Ingredients:
- Color: 1% turquoise
- Soda ash: 1%
- Salt: 1%
- Water: 96%
Procedure: Take a steel pot with water according to the fabric’s size and start heating it on the stove. Once the water boils well, add 1% dye and stir thoroughly. Then, add 1% soda ash, 1% caustic soda, and 1% salt to the water. Boil the selected fabric in the dye water for 25-30 minutes. After the time is up, remove the fabric, let it cool in the air, wash it in clean water, and dry it in the shade.
Fine Gum This looks white and powdery and is very heavy in weight.
Alginate Gum This appears brown, like semolina, and is quite light in weight.
Gum Preparation Method Ingredients:
- Gum: 3% (3 teaspoons)
- Water: 97% (97 teaspoons)
Mix 97% water and 3% gum thoroughly, whipping it well. After whipping for a while, it will turn into a white transparent jelly-like substance. This gum is crucial for printing work.
Ambush Dyeing Ambush looks like a brownish-white paste and comes in two types:
- Liquid Ambush
- Powder Ambush
For non-commercial purposes, using powder ambush is better and more durable.
